As the Digital E- learning you will be responsible for ensuring that the Tsebo Learning and Development offering is clearly articulated on the Tsebo Hub for all Divisions, to establish Learning and Development as a unique selling point for Tsebo.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
• Business Partnering to recommend and align learning design
• Create engaging learning activities and compiling course content
• Visualise instructional graphics, the user interface and finished product
• Implementation of E-learning and other digital learning interventions
• Ensure and review learning assessments
• Reporting and record keeping
• End User support

Qualifications
• Minimum 4-5 years in learning design and digital learning
• 4 -5 years proven experience in a similar environment
• Sound and proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Portfolio of Evidence
