Job Purpose:
This is a unique opportunity for post graduate candidates. The program is designed to fast track the graduate on a carefully curated career pathway in their field of specialisation. This will include rotations within GIA and, training, mentoring and challenging strategic projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Performing Auditing:
- Understand and meet client needs through compiling and maintaining structured engagement plans for all stakeholders and by managing expectations and building trusting and professional client relationships.
- Identify high and emerging risk areas by analysing all business documents, results, and reports. Delivering business insights, providing advisory
- In line with area of specialisation, identify opportunities to improve or enhance business processes and methodologies by researching; developing; implementing and recommending improvement initiatives and effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank.
Auditing Accountability:
Follow the audit methodology as prescribed by the GIA and manage delivery per key performance indicators.
Personal Growth and Development:
Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training opportunities and career progression for self through input and feedback from management.
Contribute to building audit team capability for your specialist areas.
Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by completing all learning curriculum activates within specified timeframes.
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level:
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

- BCom Hons Strategic Management
