*Please note this position requires Shift work
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls in the control room related to emergency situations and dispatching relevent services
- Deal with clients in emergency situations
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Requirements:
- 1 year call center experience
- 1 year control room experience, dealing with emergency services
- Well spoken
- Willing to work shifts
Package & Remuneration:
R 7000 – R 12 000
