Vehicle Invoicing Clerk / Administrator – Cape Town
Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Vehicle Invoicing Clerk / Administrator who will report to and assist the Financial Manager. The position is located close to Edgemead, Cape Town.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Invoicing of vehicles
Debtors
Processing of expenses
Suppliers Accounts
Reconciliations
Receipting of stock
Administration
Adhoc duties for finance manager
Requirements:
Matric
Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
CDK / ADP / Keyloop or Kerridge experience preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure
Salary and benefits:
Negotiable – depending on experience
