Introduction
A subsidiary of Strategic Partners Group, Isithimela Facilities Services, which provides cleaning and maintenance services is looking for Three [3] suitably qualified High Rise Cleaners.
Minimum Qualifications/ Competencies are non-negotiable.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct high rise cleaning on a night shift basis
Wash and clean interior and exterior windows on High-Rise and Low-Rise properties
Assist in the setup of equipment while meeting safety standards
Up-keep equipment and tools
Complete assigned tasks safely and on schedule
Maintain the high-rise standards of the company
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Competencies
Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant working at heights qualification essential
Knowledge of window cleaning
Knowledge of High-Rise equipment
A valid Driver’s licence with 3 years driving experience would be advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication
Health and safety awareness and adherence
