Car Wash Attendant(s) – ESM Group

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic, hardworking, and customer-oriented Car Wash Attendants to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing various tasks associated with the cleaning and maintenance of our clients’ vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service excellence. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and willing to grow and learn within the company. This position will exist out of temporary placement opportunities presented by clients – “no work no pay” applies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers & and explain available services.
• Conduct vehicle cleaning and detailing services, including vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, and
• deodorising.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including managing supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide feedback from customers to management to improve services.
• Participate in personal training and development offered by ESM Group if and when required.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; training will be provided. (Grade 10 or higher will be an advantage)
• Previous experience in car washing or cleaning of a year or more.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Friendly customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in workplace activities.
• As part of youth employment initiatives, applicant between the ages of 18-29 will have an application
• advantage.
