Job Description
Diploma in at least one of the following disciplines: Human Resources, Labour Relations and Industrial Psychology
·Minimum 2-3 years HR administrative experience
·Previous experience in working for NGO in HIV/AIDS environment will be advantage
·Ability to learn and work independently
·Good problem-solving skills
·Organizational and administrative skills
·Ability to multitask and work under pressure
·Good communication and writing skills
·Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
·Computer Literacy and proficiency in MS Office

- Basic knowledge of VIP or other payroll system
