Our Durban based International client urgently needs your professional, customer-focused reception skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
Matric essential.
Min 3 years Reception and Administration experience.
Drivers license and own transport essential (non-neg).
Key Performance Areas:
Reception and Administration:
Ensure friendly, responsive and courteous interaction with visitors and staff
Answer and transfer phone calls
Assist in the purchase order process for travel and office services
Archive all job files
Maintain staff birthday register
Keep staff phone lists up to date
Travel Co-ordination:
Book flights, hotel rooms and meeting rooms for all staff
Ensure that all travel costs are recorded against a travel request form
Capture monthly travel costs
Office Co-ordination:
Organise courier services
Order stationery and ensure reasonable stock levels
Maintain good relationships with stationery and consumable suppliers.
Manage tea, coffee and consumables for the kitchen and warehouses
Assist with office functions and catering
Keep an inventory of cleaning and kitchen stock
Maintain contingency stock and plan for unexpected visitors
Provide back-up assistance to the office cleaner when on leave
Ensure the reception area and surrounding areas are always neat and tidy
Reporting:
Create a weekly and monthly report detailing:
Courier costs per business unit
Stationery, consumables, and housekeeping costs per department
Travel costs per employee
