Control Room Operator:
We are an established Security company looking for a CCTV/Control Room Operator. The Control Room Operator, reports to the management, and the Operations Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management and control, of the Special tasks related to Control Room Operations of, NATIONAL ELITE SECURITY SERVICES (NESS). The successful incumbent is expected to create awareness of National Elite Security Services (NESS) security service offerings while retaining the control of Security Officers on site, or at various sites, as well as reaction units, to ensure that the high-profile of maintaining operations issues, 24/7/365, through delivery of a top level, class of service, for all clients.
Security Officer:

Armed response /Intelligence officer:

Essential Requirements:
Control Room Operator:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
PSIRA Certified unexpired – C-Grade, or we will consider B-Grade incumbent, subject to the requirements of the job offering, with further discussion at the interview.
Must have at least 3 years CCTV monitoring experience in the security industry.
Must have previously worked in the contact centre in alarm monitoring.
Must have excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Must have Basic Microsoft Office literate skills, however the incumbent will be inducted as to our requirements.
Must have good typing skills.
Must be able to extract required REPORTS from our database.
Must have experience working with Alarm Monitoring Software.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have exceptionally explicit writing skills, to report incidents as and when they happen.
Must have excellent ROSTER control skills to manage all sites, within the company, to ensure that security officers have reported timeously for their duties.
Work hand in glove with Management and the Operations and Site Managers.
Assist with ideas, in problem solving, providing solutions.
Review videos, on site for any incidents pertaining to several factors and considerations.
Attend Disciplinary hearings pertaining to any offenders that are charged, as per the NESS Disciplinary Code of Conduct Document (DCOD), when required to do so.
Induct and orchestrate efficient training for all newly appointed incumbents, until satisfied as to their performance, thereafter.
Prepare incident reports, as and when required by the client.
Identify KRA’s (Key Result Areas) to enhance staff performance.
Analyze staff performance as per the probationary limitations of the company, and contribute towards viable recommendations, thereto.
Know the abilities of all incumbents and be able to recommend ROSTER changes, in times of and emergency, or to assist administration with the annual Leave Programme Rollout, whereby relievers will need to fill in for those going on annual or any other leave.
Assist management with administration and other pertinent issues, as and when deemed and required, on occasion, outside your proposed job description.
Must be able to work twelve-hour shifts, day, or night, including Sundays, and Public Holidays, as well as any overtime required, by the company to do so.
Management reserves the right to change you from one site/location to another, in extreme cases of need, or emergency.
Security Officer:

Must be fit and healthy to undertake patrols.
Must have Occurrence Book – OB Skills.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have exceptionally explicit writing skills to report incidents as and when they happen?
Must have excellent ROSTER control skills to manage the Roster on site.
Must report for duty 30 minutes before their shift starts for HANDOVER/PARADE responsibilities.
Work hand in glove with Management and the Operations Site Manager. Supervisor (if any), Team-Leader (if any), and the Controllers in the Control Room.
Assist with ideas, in problem solving, providing solutions.
Must know the Military Phonetic Code, fluently.
Must ensure that he/she reports timeously for their duties
Assist and induct and orchestrate efficient training for all newly appointed incumbents, until satisfied as to their performance, thereafter.
Prepare incident reports, as and when required by the client.
